The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has set a goal of installing 60,000 charging stations for EVs and other vehicles in apartment complexes by 2030 and 120,000 by 2035, and is implementing various support measures. As part of these efforts, the government will once again be holding a free consultation session this year regarding the installation of charging stations in apartment buildings.
At this consultation event, eight companies will be exhibiting, including charging service providers with a proven track record in installing charging equipment in apartment buildings, and free individual consultations will be held at individual booths.
Individual consultations with multiple providers will be available. In addition, a condominium management association that has actually installed charging equipment will be on stage to talk about their experience, including the installation process and the status after installation. Condominium management associations and residents in Tokyo who are interested in installing charging equipment are welcome to participate.
