Tokyo Staying Condominium Promotion Project
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is promoting the registration and announcement of condominiums that can easily continue living in their homes even in the event of a power outage due to a disaster as “Tokyo Staying Condominiums.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides subsidies to management associations of condominiums and owners of rental condominiums registered as “Tokyo Stamaru Mansion” for the purchase of emergency supplies such as portable toilets and disaster prevention cabinets to be installed in elevators.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to register as a Tokyo Remaining Condominium and take advantage of the subsidy.
1 Outline of the program
Subsidy for the purchase of disaster prevention equipment and materials by the management association of condominiums for sale or owners of rental condominiums registered as “Tokyo Sticking Condominiums”.
Subsidy rate: 2/3
Upper limit: 660,000 yen

Materials and equipment that can be reasonably stockpiled jointly by condominium residents in the event of a disaster, etc., and which are listed in Appended Table 1 or those approved by the Governor.
