We would like to inform you that the “1st Disaster Prevention City Development Promotion Plan Review Committee for FY2024” will be held as follows.

Thursday, December 19, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The secretariat will participate from Meeting Room 205 on the 10th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 2

Regarding the review of the Disaster Prevention City Development Promotion Plan
- Observation
(1) The opening part will be open to the public, but the agenda will be kept private as the contents of the discussion include non-disclosure information as stipulated in each item of Article 7 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Information Disclosure Ordinance. Please note that you will be asked to leave after the opening part.
(2) Those who wish to observe the meeting should come to the reception desk in front of Meeting Room 205 on the 10th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 2 between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Due to venue restrictions, we may limit the number of attendees. In this case, it will be first come, first served.
