Start at Work! Infectious Disease Response Improvement Project Renewal
During the spread of COVID-19, many businesses experienced difficulties due to measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
In preparation for future outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases, it is essential for businesses to implement infection control measures and develop business plans in peacetime, from the perspective of employee safety and business continuity.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is working with the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tokyo Medical Association to implement the “Start at Work! Infectious Disease Response Improvement Project” to improve companies’ infectious disease response capabilities.
By participating in this project, companies will be able to systematically implement the necessary infection control measures, and it will also lead to improved productivity and increased corporate value.
Through this project, let’s promote infectious disease prevention measures to prepare for “what if” situations even during normal times.
1 Target
- Corporations, organizations, and individual business owners who are members of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- “Companies,” “corporations other than companies,” “business establishments (head office, sales office, branch office, etc.),” and “sole proprietors” located in Tokyo
