- (1)The opening portion will be open to the public, but the agenda will be kept confidential as it includes information that is not to be disclosed under Article 7 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Information Disclosure Ordinance. Please be aware that you will be asked to leave after the opening portion.
- (2)Those wishing to attend as observers should come to the reception desk in front of Conference Room 203 on the 10th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 2 between 3:40 PM and 3:55 PM on the day of the meeting. Due to venue limitations, the number of attendees may be limited. In this case, attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
