In order to ensure a smooth response to flood control operations in response to floods, storm surges, etc., the Tokyo Metropolitan Flood Control Council will be convened in accordance with Article 8 of the Flood Control Act, where members of the Flood Control Council, who are representatives of the relevant organizations, will deliberate on the “Tokyo Metropolitan Flood Control Plan for Fiscal Year 2026.”
