2023 Seismic Campaign
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, municipal governments, and private organizations will collaborate to conduct the “Earthquake Resistance Campaign 2023” as follows, with the aim of raising awareness among the citizens of Tokyo of the importance of earthquake resistance measures for buildings, and to create momentum for earthquake resistance measures.

Earthquake Resistance Forum: “Preparing for an earthquake directly under the Tokyo metropolitan area, which may come at any time”
Description
A lecture meeting will be held to provide an opportunity for the citizens of Tokyo to think about the importance of earthquake resistance.
Keynote Speech: “Realization of a Safe and Secure City Based on the 100th Anniversary of the Great Kanto Earthquake” by Takaaki Kato

Exhibition on Seismic Retrofitting Methods for Buildings (free admission)
Description
An exhibition of quake-resistant retrofitting methods for buildings and condominiums, as well as inexpensive and reliable quake-resistant retrofitting methods and devices for wooden houses will be on display. In addition, to make the event fun for children, novelty goods will be distributed at the Gacha Gacha and a stuffed animal will make an appearance to liven up the event.

Panel exhibition of photographs of the earthquake and the efforts of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (free admission)
Description
Photos of the 100th anniversary of the Great Kanto Earthquake, the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the Kumamoto Earthquake, as well as photos of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Kumamoto Earthquake, In addition, there will be a panel exhibition on the efforts to promote the earthquake resistance of buildings along emergency transportation roads and the revision of the plan to promote earthquake resistant repair and renovation.

Description
This event is designed to match Tokyo residents who are considering seismic retrofitting with owners of buildings that have undergone seismic retrofitting. The event will provide an opportunity to learn about the details of the retrofitting and to freely and openly exchange opinions with other building owners.
