Supporting management associations in improving disaster prevention capabilities and dementia response
In order to prepare for disasters and improve the disaster prevention capabilities of the entire apartment complex, it is extremely important for the management association to take disaster prevention measures. In addition, as the residents age, the number of residents with dementia increases, which can hinder smooth decision-making at general meetings, and management associations will be required to take various measures in their management and operation.
In light of this, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been implementing a condominium management specialist dispatch program since fiscal year 2023 to support management associations working to improve disaster prevention capabilities and respond to dementia.
This year, we will be expanding the number of events planned and will begin accepting applications.
