Tokyo Metropolitan Government Earthquake-Resistant Renovation Promotion Plan (Revised) Draft: Call for Comments
Further promote earthquake resistance of buildings and homes along emergency transport roads.

Based on the Act on Promotion of Earthquake-Resistant Renovation of Buildings, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has formulated the Tokyo Metropolitan Earthquake-Resistant Renovation Promotion Plan (the current planning period is from fiscal year 2016 to fiscal year 2025) with the aim of promoting the earthquake-resistant renovation of buildings in a planned and comprehensive manner.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has examined targets and measures for seismic reinforcement of buildings and homes along emergency transportation roads, and has compiled a revised draft plan covering the planning period from fiscal year 2026 to fiscal year 2025. The government is now calling for opinions from Tokyo residents.
