Call for Participants: FY 2026 Water Supply Supporters Exchange Meeting

Earthquake Wind and flood damage

Theme: “Know and Be Prepared! Water Preparedness for Disasters and the Secrets of Water Supply Facilities”

Since fiscal year 2021, the Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau has been implementing the “Waterworks Supporters” initiative, which fosters direct dialogue between Bureau staff and customers to deepen customers’ understanding of waterworks operations and incorporate their feedback and suggestions into our services. This fiscal year, we have increased the program duration from one day to two days and will include facility tours to provide further opportunities for deepening understanding of our waterworks operations, while also enhancing the exchange of views with Bureau staff.
Through these efforts, we aim to foster the awareness that “waterworks are a shared asset of the community.” We are now recruiting participants for an exchange meeting themed “Disaster Preparedness.” Participants will receive original Bureau merchandise, so we encourage you to apply.
