Call for Participants: Seminar on Disaster Risks in Tokyo and the Role of Tourism-Related Businesses

How to respond to foreign guests and people unable to return home in the event of a disaster is a major challenge for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a seminar for tourism-related businesses to learn practical response measures required in the field.

Part 1: Keynote Speech
This session explains how to respond to disasters in Tokyo. You will learn how to assist foreign visitors and people unable to return home, as well as the actions required on the ground.

Part 2: Discussion
We will hold a discussion with the speakers who presented in Part 1. Focusing on questions
from participants, we will explore the disaster response measures expected of tourism-related businesses.
