Applications now open for the 2026 Tokyo Disaster Prevention Learning Seminar.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will be holding the “Tokyo Disaster Prevention Learning Seminar” as described below, dispatching disaster prevention experts to neighborhood associations, residents’ associations, condominium management associations, etc., in order to further promote “self-help” efforts for individuals to protect themselves and “mutual assistance” efforts for neighbors to help each other within local communities, as part of its preparations for major disasters.
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications from organizations wishing to participate.
