“Tokyo Sasa-Yell Housing Landlord Support Project” Recruitment
We offer various subsidy packages that include earthquake-resistant renovation subsidies and other support to help you register!

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has set a goal of supplying 3,500 units of Tokyo Sasa-Yell Housing (safety net housing), which are exclusively for people who require special consideration in securing housing, by the end of fiscal year 2030, and is working towards achieving this goal.
From fiscal year 2023, we packaged various subsidy programs related to the registration of private residences and introduced enhanced subsidy options, including subsidies for seismic retrofitting costs. Furthermore, from fiscal year 2025, we partially relaxed the subsidy requirements to make the system more user-friendly for landlords.
We are pleased to announce the start of applications for this year’s “Tokyo Sasa-Yell Housing Landlord Support Program.” We encourage all landlords to take advantage of this program and consider registering their properties for exclusive use.
You can freely select from a variety of packaged support menus as needed!
